Good morning. Did you see the Logo network HRC debate with the dems on Thursday night?
With the exception of Mike Gravel and Dennis Kucinich (altho I love his abject liberalism), the major candidates acquited themselves wonderfully. Richardson got his tongue caught in his teeth about gay issues several times and did himself no favors, but Obama, Edwards and Clinton gave me hope that there will be equality in my lifetime...John Edwards even bashed Ann Coulter, which is always a good time.
I'm sitting out the primary....I love them all. Saving my money and energy for the general.....although I might have to step into the fray on this blog in order to spew about the other side....I'm with Obama, calling for an end to the politics hate....but if they fire first, my mouth is loaded and ready.....

Generally, I like them all too. I don't want to hitch my star to any one wagon, mostly because I don't want to be disappointed if my pick doesn't get the nomination, but at the same time ...
I have a feeling that Hillary is my girl. I really really hope she gets it.
you know, i am pretty happy with all of them, with the possible exception of Gravel and his 23% flat tax.
i think they're of exceptional quality, especially in comparison to the rethug candidates.
we have an embarrassment of riches, but here's what i really want overall, accepting that NO ONE is perfect and NO ONE will be all for everything i'm for and i may not agree with all of their policies: i want hillary as pres, obama as veep, with edwards to take a cabinet position of serious import so that we can groom him to become obama's veep when obama's pres.
i envision 24 years (heaven!!) of democratic government, during which we might (just might) get a start on undoing what this despicable criminal cretin george bush has done.
neglected to say that edwards is actually the least experienced ~ with government ~ of the three top candidates. given the disaster in washington and the deterioration of the quality of our governmental agencies under bush's rule, we need experienced folks to reinstitute responsible, quality government.
the rethugs can win with their "all government is bad" routine given the state of the feds now. good lord, bush has essentially destroyed every agency and wrecked the integrity of even the justice department.
how we'll undo his work on the supreme court is something else, but at least my people will make a start.
Was I the only one that was quite frustrated with the dancing all of them did .. none of my favs actually answered the questions. Not Obama, Hillary or Edwards -- Hillary being my #1 choice. I just wish they could be fully supportive of our rights and win but since that's not the case, I guess I have to deal with the dance.
UGH.. I hate politics...
